So far I'm not a fan of the new live video format. I find it incredibly dull to watch. Also, I thought the audio was still going to be downloadable through iTunes but the last episode on there is No. 163. I understand there were issues with the audio from last Sunday's cast but is the Jim Wendler interview going to be available for audio download?

Oh, and about the shirts -- unlike other women who have commented previously, I don't like the blue dude AT ALL. I'd *love* to buy shirts to support you guys, but I also want to feel good wearing it. I'd feel really lame with that blue dude on my chest. I know, there's no accounting for personal taste! Anyway, what would be really great is a shirt with just the logo (sans dude) and the URL on it.

As a second note on shirts, I'd encourage you to get some fitted Girlie T's as well as the standard men's T's. That would be awesome.

Video is a great idea! However, from what I can see there is now way to download the videos. It would be awesome to be able to download the vids and put them on my ipod.

Did I miss something, or is downloading the video episodes not possible? If it's not possible, is there a way for you to make it possible?

Cheers,
LL

I have one of the Fitcast t-shirts and the blue man on it doesn't bother me at all. I'm excited for the video podcasts, I think it's gonna be great! I'll probably still listen to the audio, since I drive a lot, but at the least maybe I can see highlights of the videocasts...is that a word?

I'm really curious about the sweatshirts..will they be hoodies or regular sweatshirts?

Keep up the great work Fitcast crew, thanks for being SO AWESOME and thank you for everything I've learned in the 2 years I've been listening. I've always enjoyed fitness and working out, but I can't even tell you how drastically I've changed (for the better) how I think about fitness, diet and exercise because of the knowledge I've gained through your podcasts and the guests you have on.

One more comment...I think it would be awesome to call the hotline the "Fit-line"...what do you think?

Kevin, what a great intro to the new video style of the Fitcast, I can't wait to see how it all works out. On the silly side of things, when you described how everyone will be in a corner of the screen I imagined you all doing the Brady Brunch thing, haha, I know, I'm a geek. But I think it's going to be great to try out new things, and as for the blue man for the logo, no it doesn't bother me one bit, but I appreciate the efforts to put a female in there going forward too, that is very cool. If I had any design talents, I would contribute something but sadly I'm better at stick figure drawing, and even then not so great...

I agree with the posts on keeping the format in such a way so that the audio/radio style of your current broadcast is not compromised because I am one of those people who take the Fitcast with me on my ipod when I am either working out, or just commuting.

Video could bring a lot of really fun and informative elements into the Fitcast, I think it will be great to see this evolve. I am voting for Tony Gentilcore to wear his Griffindor scarf when he is on the show next too...

Cheers Kevin, its great that your willing to ask our opinion on this stuff and actually enter into a discussion with the fans over the way forward for the show! I think alot of people would be alot more autocratic over something they created. Good luck with the first show either way.

Rhys-

I totally hear you on that and I promise we will do our best to make that not happen. For example, say we get a video of someone squating. All it will be is a 1 minute video where I play the video and read his e-mail. Then we will discuss what is wrong, why it should be avoided, and what they should be doing.

Thanks for the feedback, please let me know what you think after the first show!
