I am trying to spice things up for these last four weeks. You can only go long eating the same six meals for 28 straight days. So I have added one Plain Chobani Greek Yogurt each day with 14g of almonds, 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder, and a little bit of cinnamon. Mix it all together and it is quite a treat. For improved texture, mix it all up, then throw it in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. Now you have frozen yogurt. Give it a shot!

Would really love to try this. Whenever i see low fat, or non-fat greek yoghurt it always says not suitable for freezing though :s
