Happily - Yes!

I've been a cardio queen an endurance junkie, but I never saw results like the ones I've experienced since cutting out ab work and focusing on my deadlifts.

Oh, and weighing my food!

Sadly I'm totally okay taking off my shirt...but that's because when you're a fat guy you either have to hide from it or embrace it, and I chose the latter.

But I'm actually trying to hide myself from people these days, not really talking to my accessory friends about working out and such. I'll let them keep thinking of me as the fat kid...until one day they think of me as the guy that could deadlift their car out of a ditch...

I'm sorry I lost my ability to focus on your post when I saw that stunning photo of Jessica Biel. Holy crap!

Yes, I can, and with current temperatures in the gym, I often want to right then and there. But I don't want to distract the others with my hotness.

What kind of computer did you get? Is it gameworthy?

Great post, Kevin.

I know what you mean about women need to lift heavy. I constantly try to get my clients to understand that. It takes a little time, but once they commit to it and see the awesome changes that occur, they never want to step foot on an elliptical or treadmill again.

Lifting weights builds a better body. Period.

To answer your question: I lift heavy weights and eat smart, so, yes, I can take my shirt off. Ha!

Keep up the good work!!!

I could.

Now, not so much.

But, again, soon. I promise.
