		<description>Seeing these pictures really puts into perspective what you guys talk about a lot, as well as some of the other podcasts I listen to.

You look great, or greater, or almost great, or something.  Personally I&#039;m a fat dude working his way down slowly so I&#039;d kill to look half that good.

But it all really depends on the look you&#039;re going for, and the background you come from.

For me looking like that would be sweet, but if I was going to bother getting that thin, I would rather be more muscular.  That&#039;s because I&#039;m just naturally a heavier guy, and I&#039;d rather be heavy muscular than heavy fat, or skinny any day.

It&#039;s going to be pretty exciting the next time you go on a bulking phase. You&#039;ll be able to see where your real weaknesses are when you&#039;re down that low in body fat, and while you&#039;re gaining weight in your next bulk you can really push those areas, add a few pounds of muscle and a few pounds of fat.  Then spend some time stripping the fat back off and compare to these photos and see how well you hit your targets.

That&#039;s just freaking exciting if you ask me, and really it should be a great motivation for the future.

		<description>i havent tried the glucommanan noodles, but glucommanan powder is amazing too.  Add it to oatmeal, clam chowder, grits, any sort of thick soupy food, and it makes it so much heartier.  I swear, I eat half the amount of oatmeal and I am twice as full because of the glucommanan.  Perfect for a cut.  Also, if you just take some glucommanan pills with water about 20-30 mins before you eat, it helps you control your appetite alot.</description>
