Great episode. Got a lot out of the discussion of post workout drinks. I usually go to the gym on my lunch break, so post workout nutrition is a little tricky. I'd usually just go with a simple lunch I could have at my desk once I get back, such as soup, leftovers, etc. I usually have greek yogurt mid-morning, but I just started having that for lunch and having walnuts or almonds around 10, in part because of the sugar in it.

Good to see that I may have stumbled on to something. Especially since I was thinking of picking up some Surge, this way will be a lot easier on the wallet. Thanks guys.

Dangerous has always been my favorite album and to hear it acknowledged on my favorite podcast was the highlight of my Monday workout. Thank you Kevin & Leigh for stepping up and defending MJ! He was NEVER convicted of any crime, and though I do realize that Tony is naturally narrow-minded (getting your info from Fox News will do that to you), his accusations were out of line.

On another subject: The F-bombs are sorely missed.
