		<description>With regards to Hannah, I think Kevin&#039;s point about training to avoid ACL injuries etc is very important, more so than the pure strength training.  A high-school level athlete may be very well trained for her sport, as Jon says, but this is often focused on performance, and may or may not have a focus on injury avoidance.  

Of course, both is better!  There&#039;s no reason that the work Kevin is talking about couldn&#039;t be incorporated into the warm-up for her weight training, which is probably something that most women should be doing anyways given our apparent propensity for ACL injuries.</description>
