    Hey Kevin,
Just wanted to say thanks for all your hard work!! I’ve listened to all your shows (some more than once) and have enjoyed every single one. I’ve learned allot and hopefully am becoming a better trainer because of it. I decide to respond today after listening to episode 58– I wanted to express my interest in the “athletic endurance training” topic. Specifically, I would love for you guys to bring up the Q angle and what you have found to be the best methods of correcting this issue.

I have found this to be quite significant in my female runners and athletes. I usually do quite a bit of foam rolling (usually focusing on the calves, hipflexors, etc), mobility work (ankle, hipflexor, glue activation), and single leg exercises (single leg squats with a band around the knee, SLDL, etc…). I would love to hear what everyone’s thoughts are.
    Thanks so much.
    Sarah
P.S. I love how you say “about”. 😉

I am so sold on creatine.

Like jen in the past the only supplements I have taken so far are whey, fish oil and a multivitamin but now I will also add creatine to my diet.

Cant wait to see the results I get.

I too would like to hear more about endurance training. I want to lose fat but I am going to be training for a 600 mile bike ride (roughly 80 miles a day).

I would love to know how to balance all this like Rachel Cosgrove is clearly doing.

Thanks for doing the fitcast, keep up the great work.
