    What is wrong with you people? I love cottage cheese! 🙂 I always mix in cinnamon, peanut butter, a few toasted almonds, toasted oats, and some chocolate protein powder with fruit. It’s officially the best breakfast ever. I still like it plain though. 🙂

    I wish I could still eat cottage cheese! It was such a wonderful cheap source of protein, it’s been really hard to fill the gap. If you don’t care for the texture, just puree it with your PP, cinnamon, whatever. Smooth and creamy!

    I originally followed the “pre bed snack” recipy from Precision Nutrition, with chocolate protein powder, 1 tbs of peanut butter, 2 tbs of flax meal, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, and added cinnamon some days ago. It tastes great! 🙂
