Two weeks down folks. Two long weeks. Things are getting easier though. I am in a rhythm, figuring out how much food equals 1550 calories is pretty easy. To be honest, I almost eat the same exact stuff every single day. It’s easier and all of the food tastes amazing when it enters my mouth for consumption. 50% salted almonds from Trader Joe’s taste like M&Ms. Again, Leigh Peele has put together the nutrition portion of this program and I have constructed the training program. If you haven’t read her book The Fat Loss Troubleshoot, you have no idea what you are missing. Leigh has a no bull shit approach when it comes to this stuff. If you are one of those dieters who has smothered the furnace that is you metabolism, Leigh’s book will do the trick to get that fire stoked.
The training program was build to maintain as much strength as possible while maximizing fat-loss. I have even improved strength. This week I do Incline DB Press for 3×8 @ 95lbsx2. Up 5 lbs from last week.
