		<description>I mostly use PB2 for shakes, but I also have used it a time or two to make a peanut dressing or some beef satay (I think that&#039;s what it&#039;s called..) it&#039;s beef and scallions in a spicy thai peanut sauce.

I just got my third case of the stuff and I hadn&#039;t had any in a while, because I wasn&#039;t doing many shakes...and I missed it so much that my first jar was gone REALLY FAST.  I made a new recipe for my shakes involving some of the milk protein for my post workout/bedtime shake, since I work overnights, workout in the morning, and then go to sleep an hour or two later.</description>

I have both choc/and pb regular, but keep using for basically shakes.
PLEASE give me some low calorie ideas!!!!! I am obsessed with peanut butter....NO REALLY i am..
I may need an intervention.
