		<description>Greate article.  I think that it&#039;s important for us to be in control of ALL aspects of our training, from reps and sets to the monthly ding from the gym.  If we are going to spend so much time trimming and maximizing our workouts, diets and supplements, why WOULDN&#039;T we do the same with every other dollar we spend toward our fitness goals.
