    I like the new format. Great chat on intermittent fasting. the Martin B one is easier as its only 16/8 (fast/eat). So if you wake up and workout, then have some BCAA’s, you just have to wait till noon to eat.

    I don’t mind the off-topic segments, they are funny. But, when you combine the off topic and the fitness and nutrition stuff like this episode, it is terrible. This episode was one of the worst ones I’ve heard. Sorry guys, just being honest. Lately I’ve noticed the episodes not being that good. You do maybe three mail bag submissions and thats it. Number 200 was awesome and the rest since then have been sub par.

    Just as you titled it (supplement), it is a funny supplement to the more bussiness side of the fitcast, which i also think is great. Look forward to listening to the two podcasts.
