		<description>Did you do these in a progression? The split stance does look the most difficult. I do currently do these but without the arm action, I just hold the arms out straight, is there any added benefit to adding in the arm action?</description>

I actually use a band around a doorknob (you pull the door shut from the other side with the band to keep everything in place), which works well when I&#039;m at home.  It&#039;s a staple of my &quot;can&#039;t make it to the gym&quot; workout I use in emergencies.
