Kevin Larrabee, CSCS
Kevin Larrabee graduated from Keene State College with a BS in Health Science in August 2008. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Kevin has had a passion for fitness and nutrition ever since winning his battle with the bulge at the age of 15. After discovering the effects of diet and exercise, Kevin lost 30 pounds in three months. Ever since then he has be striving to learn as much as he can about fitness and nutrition.
Kevin completed an internship at Cressey Performance in Hudson, MA during the Fall of 2008. There he worked with a wide demographic from weekend warriors to high school, college, and minor league athletes. After his internship Kevin spent one year as a Pro Trainer at Boston Sports Club in Woburn, MA.
Currently Kevin is working at Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning in Boston, MA as a strength & conditioning coach.
Kevin created The FitCast Podcast after looking for a decent fitness and nutrition podcast and coming up empty. The simple idea of The FitCast has grown into a premium service (The FitCast Insider) and a new podcast with Brian Grasso of the IYCA based on Youth Fitness.

Jonathan Fass is currently the Private Physical Therapist and Sports Manager of His Royal Highness Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, billionaire investor, philanthropist and humanitarian, having been chosen following a national search of highly accomplished Physical Therapists throughout the United States. He is a graduate of the first Doctoral Class in the City University of New York’s Physical Therapy program, and attended his Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency at the University of Delaware, one of the top-ranked physical therapy programs in the nation.
Jonathan is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a Certified Health & Fitness Specialist (HFS) through the American College of Sports Medicine, and a USA Weightlifting Level-1 Club Coach. Jonathan is also a certified ART practitioner, an advanced soft tissue and movement rehabilitation system that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves.
Jonathan has worked with a broad range of individuals throughout his career, including athletes at every level of development, weight loss clients, rehabilitation and post-rehabilitation patients, as well as general fitness enthusiasts throughout the world. Leigh Peele
Leigh Peele is writer and trainer from North Carolina. She has been featured in Women’s Health and Men’s Health publications, Fox News, and worked with high pay earning athletes and actors.
