Kevin’s Book List

Below you will find the best books I have read in the categories of “Fitness,” “Nutrition,” “Personal Development,” and also a “Random” category for awesome books that don’t fit in the other three.

Before we get into the list I will be completely honest, I can sometimes be skeptical of the books I read and the information found inside. So if I recommend something below it is because I fully believe and endorse the words inside of it. Maybe that is a good thing, but I think that depends on the kind of person you are.

Also I am going to be sticking to books that you can pick up from amazon, not digital products (I am going to put those on a separate page).
