The Video FitCast- Episode 5: Ryan Lee’s Boot Camp

While at Ryan Lee’s Boot Camp I set up the camcorder, pulled out the microphone, and started doing interviews. I was able to interview some of the best in the fitness world like Ryan Lee, Craig Ballantyne, Brian Grasso and Mike Robertson. The video is only available on Google Video. The downloadable version is only available for newsletter subscribers.

    Living in Spain, was difficult for me to attend the Bootcamp. So just brilliant to capture the energy and excitement by video over here. Plus I never realised what a cool site you guys had! Just shows the power of online video!
